Your doctor will visit you in your bed every day and make the necessary evaluations about your disease. Your nurse will follow up and continue with your treatment according to your doctor’s instructions.

  • In case of emergency, press the nurse call button.
  • In your room; the nurse call system, as well as TV, air conditioning and internal telephone services are provided. Please inform your nurse when there is a problem with these services.
  • In order to benefit from the cafeteria services of our hospital, you can make a request to be brought to your room by calling 103. The hospital cafeteria is open 24 hours a day.
  • The prayer room area of our hospital is on the ground floor.
  • During your stay in the hospital, you and your companion are offered breakfast, lunch and dinner.


Breakfast: 07:00 – 08:00
Lunch: 12:00 – 13:00
Dinner: 17:00 – 18:00 and they will be served to your room.

In order to provide you with a more effective health service, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following:

Please assist the healthcare personnel in the treatment process by exactly telling all your complaints about your illness, the diseases you have experienced before, the inpatient treatments you had and the medications you use.

Respect the rights of our hospital staff, other patients and their relatives.

Do not leave your jewelry and/or other valuables in your room. Our organization will not be held responsible if they are lost.

Visiting Rules

  • Visiting hours are between 08:00 and 22:00 every day in our hospital.
  • In order not to disrupt the health and treatment of our patients, smelly foods and beverages brought by the visitors are not accepted.
  • In our hospital, families are notified that children under 12 should not visit patients because of the risk of infection and the negative psychological impact on children.
  • In order to prevent infection risk, visitors should not use the patient’s belongings and should not sit on the patient beds.
  • For the health of your patient, be sure to keep your visits short.
  • In terms of the comfort of other patients receiving treatment at our hospital, more than three visitors at the same time should not enter the patient room and no noise should be made.
  • During the treatment and examination procedures of our patients, visitors are expected to leave the room and pay attention to patient’s privacy.
  • Wash your hands before and after the visit.
  • If the visit of our patients is prohibited by their doctors for medical reasons, it is requested not to insist on the visit.
  • Do not enter the patient’s room before checking with the nurse when you see a warning sign hanging on the patient’s room door before the visit.
  • In order to protect our patients from infection, houseplants are not accepted in patient rooms.
  • It is strictly forbidden for our visitors to smoke inside the hospital and in areas other than the ones designated by the hospital administration.

Visiting Rules for Intensive Care Unit

  • In intensive care units, visits can be made by the patient’s first-degree relatives twice a day. In special cases, a short visit is made with the permission of the department doctor.
  • The number of visitors is limited to a maximum of 2 people.
  • Food and beverages are not accepted into the intensive care units.
  • During the visit, visitors must follow the Intensive Care Entry-Exit Rules.
  • Please contact our doctors for information about your patient in the intensive care unit.

Companion Rules

  • Companions will follow the hospital rules. In case of infringement, the escorting status of the person concerned shall not be accepted.
  • Companions (except for the directives of the doctor and the nurse) shall not take any action on the patient.
  • In our hospital, suitable conditions are provided for the companions.
  • Companions should use the hospital’s belongings and materials neatly and cleanly. Legal action will be taken on the companion who damages the hospital property.
  • In order to provide you with a peaceful environment, patients and their relatives should not speak loudly in the patient room and service corridors and they should not make noise. In addition, the televisions in your rooms should be used in such a way that they do not disturb others.
  • Companions will not take their patients out of the hospital or change their bed, except for the request of the doctor or the nurse.
  • No food or drink should be given to the patient without consulting the doctor or the nurse.
  • Companions should not speak loudly in patient rooms and corridors and should not disturb employees or other patients.
  • Companions will not use tobacco or alcohol in the hospital.
  • Service nurses should be notified of the companion changes.
  • Companions should inform the nurse about any problems with their patients.
  • Companions are not accepted in the intensive care unit.
  • Your doctor will inform you if the patient needs a companion or not.
  • Companions are expected to comply with all the rules of our hospital.
  • Companions are expected to assist their patients only to the extent permitted by the doctor and the nurse.
